Welcome to Postion! Your dashboard is the command center for everything you build. This guide will walk you through the two main views you'll use: the main platform dashboard and your individual site dashboard.

1. The Main Platform Dashboard

When you first log in, you land on your main dashboard. Think of this as your mission control for all your projects on Postion. It gives you a high-level overview and quick access to all major features.

• Manage Sites: View and access all the sites you've already created.
• Pricing Plans: Create and manage subscription tiers for your paid content.
• Subscribers: See a complete list of all subscribers across all your sites.
• Social Workflow: Automate your social media posting to promote your content across different platforms.
• Invitations: Invite new creators to Postion and earn rewards.
• Billing: Manage your own subscription plan with Postion and view invoices.
• Webhooks: For developers. Set up real-time notifications for events like new subscriptions.

Your Earnings & Your Sites

Below the Quick Links, you'll find a snapshot of your monetization and a list of your projects.

• Your Earnings: This panel shows your key financial metrics at a glance, including Total Subscriptions, Active Subscriptions, Monthly Revenue, and Churn Rate.
• Your Sites: A simple list of all your created sites. Click on any site here to go to its specific dashboard.

The Main Sidebar: Your Navigation Hub

The sidebar on the left is your primary navigation tool for the entire platform.

• Core Features:

  • Dashboard: Returns you to this main dashboard view.
  • Sites: A dedicated page to manage all your sites.
  • Template Market: Browse and apply professionally designed templates to your sites.
  • Social Workflow: Access the social media automation tool.

  • Subscriptions: A detailed view of your subscribers and their status.
  • Pricing Plan: Your hub for creating and editing membership plans.
  • Earnings: An in-depth look at your revenue, with filters and history.
  • Invitations: Track your invites and referral rewards.

• Technical & Advanced:

  • Webhooks: Configure and manage your webhook endpoints.

• Account & Personal Settings:

  • Profile: Update your personal information and profile picture.

2. The Site-Specific Dashboard

Once you've created a site, managing it is just a click away. Clicking a site from your main dashboard takes you to its dedicated dashboard, where you can manage everything related to that specific project.

The navigation on the left changes to give you controls for the site you are currently managing.

• Analytics: Dive deep into your traffic data, see popular posts, and understand your audience.
• Your Posts: View, edit, and manage all the posts you've published on this site.
• Import Posts: Easily bring in content from other platforms.
• Post Tags: Organize your content with tags.
• Newsletter:
  • Campaigns: Create and send email newsletters to your subscribers.
  • Subscribers: View and manage the subscriber list for this specific site.
• Settings:
  • General: Basic site settings like title and description.
  • Appearance: Customize the look and feel of your site, from colors and fonts to layout.
  • Domains: Connect your own custom domain.
  • SEO: Optimize your site for search engines to drive organic traffic.

Key Areas of the Site Dashboard

The main area of the site dashboard provides you with at-a-glance information and quick actions.

• Your publication stats: Get a quick pulse on your site's performance with key metrics like 7-day page views, total page views, and newsletter subscribers.
• Quick links: These are actions specific to managing your site's content:
  • Write a post: Go directly to the editor to start creating.
  • Import a post: Begin the process of importing content.
  • Create a site: A convenient link to start another new project.
• Publication info: See a list of your recent posts along with their URL slugs, giving you a quick overview of your latest content.

This dual-dashboard system is designed to keep your workspace organized. Use the main dashboard for platform-wide management and the site dashboard for focused, project-specific work. Dive in and start creating.
